How often will I get this box?

Our boxes are shipped on the 15th of every month.


What can I expect?

Each box will contain the following:

  •  3-4 healthy, kid-friendly snacks
  • 2-3 activities, games, books and/or fun toys that promote development, learning and an active lifestyle
  • 1 healthy habit and the tools needed to get started
  • 1 mystery surprise


Are your products allergen free?

We offer a nut-free and gluten free snack box option.  Although all of our products are approved by our advisory board, including our Registered Dietitian, please make sure to check the labels on all products.  We are not responsible for product manufacturing policies.


When am I billed for my subscription?

If you subscribe on a monthly basis, you'll pay for your first box when you place the order.  Starting with your second box, you'll be billed on a regular cycle.  We process our billing for our Signature boxes on the 22nd of each month and snack boxes are processed monthly from the date of original purchase.

When you subscribe on a 3-,6-, or 12-month basis you'll pay for your full subscription up-front and won't see any monthly charges.  Your subscription will automatically renew unless you opt out of auto-renewal or cancel prior to the renew date.


What is your refund/exchange policy?

Because of the nature of the business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.  However, we will happily replace any items that may be damaged in the shipping process or fix any errors on the part of Healthy Living Kids.
